News in 2013!
In order to broaden its horizons, Québec Winter Carnival will be adding again this year a taste of international flavour, by inviting a foreign delegation to share its culture and join in the fun. Russia visits us in 2013. The musicians of the delegation will perform typical Russian music and participate in the international ice sculpture competition and Painting Symposium.
