As part of the 2013 Québec Winter Carnival, visitors can participate in the official launch of the LumoCité project, a new spectacular event bringing together four multi-media expert teams from 4 great light cities of the world: Los Angeles, Geneva, Budapest and obviously Québec. LumoCité, Événement urbain illuminesque, will become the first architectural projection and mapping competition in North America. As a prelude to this great competition planned for 2014, the four teams present this year will demonstrate their skills and knowhow through their creative ideas and by making the city’s most beautiful monuments come alive.
