Vidéotron Shuttles
Travel efficiently between the main Carnival sites—stress-free! Vidéotron shuttles will be available from Upper Town to Lower Town (the Gougoune et doudoune site), with stops at Espace Quatre Cents and the corner of Jacques-Parizeau / d’Artigny.
- Approximate frequency: every 30 minutes
- An online app will be available to track shuttles in real time
- The complete schedule will be released very soon
The Vidéotron Polar Hideout
At the corner of Grande Allée and d’Artigny, take a warm break and recharge before diving back into the festivities. It’s free!

Lost Children Program
A dedicated program to help reunite families quickly.
Visit the information booth or ticket counters to get an identification tag for your child. Write your name and phone number on it—if your child gets lost, it will be easy to reach you.
