The 2026 Effigy, presented by Vidéotron, is the official pass to the Québec Winter Carnival. It gives you access to a wide range of activities and a booklet of 18 winter discounts. Not required for children aged 12 and under.

The Kit offers over $20 in savings! It includes the Effigy, a tuque, an Orignal (the Carnival’s new hot alcoholic drink), a maple taffy, and a hot beverage of your choice. Coupons redeemable only at official sites from February 6 to 15, 2026.
